Acceptance of Terms of Use

The rm33 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting activities are permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable local laws.

Account Creation and Security
To use rm33 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. rm33 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless there is clear evidence that your account was accessed without your authorisation.
An identity verification (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or whenever rm33 deems it necessary to ensure account security and prevent fraud. Documents that may be requested include a valid Malaysian identity card or passport. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree not to use the rm33 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to modify, decompile, or access the platform's source code
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials
- Engaging in any form of fraud or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
Users are also responsible for ensuring that all funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. rm33 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities if there are indications of fraud or illegal conduct.
Users may not sell, transfer, or pledge their account to any third party. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. rm33 reserves the right to request proof of account ownership at any time it deems necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the rm33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rm33 supports a range of local payment methods including internet banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are stated in the finance section of your account.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated, depending on the payment method selected. rm33 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in your own name only. rm33 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take up to several business days for standard bank transfer transactions.

In cases of account closure on valid grounds, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm33 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the property of rm33 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from rm33.

The rm33 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. rm33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
